❄️ Shahdag Ski Center: Azerbaijan's Winter Adventure Capital

Shahdag Tourism Center, the first and largest ski resort in Azerbaijan, is located in the Gusar region, at the foot of the Greater Caucasus, at an altitude of approximately 2,500 meters above sea level. This center offers unforgettable experiences to tourists in every season of the year.

🏂 Winter Season and Skiing Opportunities

The winter season usually lasts from December to March. The average air temperature varies between $-5^{\circ}C$ and $-15^{\circ}C$.

Slopes: The complex has 32 slopes (tracks), the total length of which is 35.7 km. The slopes differ in different levels of difficulty for both beginners and professionals.

Elevation: The slopes are located in the altitude range of 1,435 m to 2,552 m.

Lifts: There is a system of 20 lifts (gondola, chairlift, bugle and "magic carpet") providing fast and comfortable access to the slopes. The daily carrying capacity of the center is 25,000 skiers per hour.

Rental: All the basic equipment needed for winter sports is available for rent on site.
